DUCK NICAULT
I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Russell's. My fiance and I were looking for a rehearsal dinner venue, so we visited on Saturday night to see the space, get a feel for the ambiance, and try the food. We were so impressed with everything! It's formal, yet warm and inviting. The volume level was ideal, and the space is beautiful. Our server was lovely, knowledgeable, and attentive, and even gave us a tour of the private event spaces after our meal. And the food was just incredible. We started with some wine - we tried the Rose, Bordeaux Blend, and Cab Franc, all of which were great. I ordered the Duck Nicault (served with roasted vegetables and mushroom risotto), and my fiance ordered the pork chop (served with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes). We finished with the bread pudding. Everything was cooked perfectly and beyond delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner out!
MUSHROOM APPETIZER
Love this simple but spectacular dish!! The broth has amazing flavor and with the earthiness of the mushrooms, it is something I order everytime we come! Its so good!!!
PAN SEARED CHICKEN BREAST
I visited Russell's for the first time last weekend, and was extremely impressed with not just the food, but the ambience and Customer Service were outstanding. We were greeted with smiles, and our waitress was very personable, which is hard to find these days. We started our meal with the scallops and mushrooms for appetizers, both or cooked and flavorful to perfection. In fact, thinking about it I want it right now lol then I ordered the pan seared chicken breast, which was Cooked perfectly the flavor of the chicken and the tenderness was amazing. My fiance had the fillet which was also cooked to perfection and charcoal. Just a little bit of on top to give it that excellent seared taste. We finished with the bread, pudding and caramel dessert, which was wonderful to top off perfect evening we will definitely be back and telling all of our friends about this amazing place.
WHITE BEAN CASSOULET
This is my favorite or favorites. I enjoy it so much it's hard for me to order anything else. Thank goodness for the wine dinners so I can try other amazing entrees!! There is so much rich smoky flavor and variety of texture in this dish. During 2020 we even "dined out" in the parking lot & had it. I was sad to see it missing from the menu when we were in town last, had the Duck Nicault at our servers recommendation (delicious also). SO HAPPY to see back on the menu, can't wait!
SCALLOPS APPETIZER
First of all the Scallop appetizer was amazing. My husband had the Sea Bass , incredible. I had the Filet, excellent. The entire meal, sides and all were prepared beautifully. Our server, Lara, was extremely nice and attentive without being a pest. We really enjoyed the entire evening. Can't wait to go back.

Could be the best scallops I have ever had in my life. Generous portion, loved the caramelization on the scallops...mmm
SCALLOPS ENTREE
I can no longer order anything besides this as my entree at Russell's. These scallops are the gold standard to which I compare all other scallops. They have the perfect contrast of seared outside and tender inside, and never rubbery.
